What happened, will not communicate with any vehicle. How can I contact Autel Service?

    Tool will pair to either vci but will not read vin, or communicate with any vehicle. My update subscription just expired. Do I really need to update just so I can use tool? We have six tools and update 3 a year. This is not the Autel's year.

     1) You should always back up your tool so, you can recover it in this case.

    2) You can still ues your tool even if your update are expaired

    3) What tool is this..........?

    try pair tool and j2534 flasher maybe you need update j2534 firmware only
